Little Red Riding Hood and the wolf

Now in my Etsy shop this vignette was great fun to work on !  I love to paint but its not something I do often as I spend most of my time creating dolls. It was a treat to paint the fairytale setting inside this book box .
I made the tree from wire , paper tape and scenic greenery and set it inside the box. The box doesn't close as the tree stands a little proud of the box , I think its the perfect setting for my wolf doll and of course Little Red .
The wolf is rather dapper, I think the only chance a wolf would have to talk to a bright little girl like Little Red would be if he was very charming indeed , so mine looks rather persuasive !
Little Red doesn't look convinced though, she is a clever little girl and her mother warned her not to talk to strangers. ...........
I hope you like my take on the fairytale . The whole set is available now in my Etsy shop . I will sell the dolls seperate from the setting should you want to make your own setting to go with them so as always just contact me if you are interested :)

Hello Julie,
I am the new editor for Dollhouse Miniatures Magazine and was wondering if you would like to feature your Red Riding Hood and Mr. Wolf in an upcoming issue.

I was spellbound when I came across these two online. :)

I would love to share your work with our readers if you would be interested. It's a great way to reach many people who have a passion for miniatures. You can email me at auralea@ashdown.co.uk if you are interested.
Thanks and have a lovely day,
